Wild Blueberry Cookie Mix

Here are our delicious, crispy + soft wild blueberry cookies featuring Quebec’s wild blueberries, no less!

Makes 12 cookies

You’ll need to add:

½ cup unsalted butter or ½ cup oil of your choice

1 egg

INGREDIENTS
Organic rolled oats, Organic whole wheat flour, Sugar (muscovado sugar, organic brown cane sugar), Dried wild blueberries (wild blueberries, apple juice concentrate, sunflower oil (less than 1%)), Organic wheat bran, Baking soda, Salt, Vanilla.

When I’m not in my books or the workshop, I’m a nurse in the intensive care unit of a Montreal hospital. My favourite blend: the hazelnut & moka. Even after dozens of batches, I could eat them morning, noon and night.
