Product Details & Care

The Soul Clip is produced with Cellulose Acetate, a more eco-friendly alternative to traditional plastic, which requires care & maintenance.

Due to the nature of the material, slight variations in colour patterns & hues may arise. Additionally, slight variations in the setting of the clip teeth may arise due to the flexible nature of Cellulose Acetate. With this flexibility, you may notice a slight separation in the clip teeth over time, depending on the environment it is used in. The clip can easily be reset in a hot water bath; further instructions will be sent with your order.

– Clip Body: produced with Cellulose Acetate
– Clip Spring: produced with steel
– Cellulose Acetate is produced with wood pulp & cotton fibres; which means it requires more care & maintenance than usual claw clips.
– Due to the nature of the material, slight variations in colour patterns & hues may arise. Additionally, as each clip is handmade, slight variations in the setting of the clip teeth can be expected.

Mailer Boxes: Made from recycled kraft, we encourage you to reuse or recycle after use.
Tissue Paper: Fully recyclable.
Branded Insert: Made from recycled materials, printed with soy-based inks, 100% recyclable.
Tape Closure: Made with FSC-certified recycled materials, printed with vegetable-based inks, 100% recyclable & compostable.

Waste
Occasionally, some of our pieces fail our quality assurance process due to cosmetic or functionality defects. Rather than discarding these products, we either heavily discount them in our QA Sale or donate them to our local Women’s Shelter.
