At GFTD, we take pride in curating and wrapping each gift with care, ensuring every package arrives in perfect condition.
**SATISFACTION GUARANTEED**
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days by contacting us at support@gftd.ca. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
**RETURN PROCESS**
– For Canadian residents: We will initiate a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) and provide a prepaid shipping label.
– For US orders: The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
– For international orders: Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method and may take up to 3 weeks to appear on your statement.
**NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS**
– Curated gifts, gift sets, personalized gifts, and custom gift programs
– Items marked as “Final Sale”
**DAMAGED IN TRANSIT**

**ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY**
Orders can be canceled up until they leave our facility. Cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
