Our gifts are thoughtfully curated and elegantly wrapped. We ensure that every gift leaving us is carefully packaged so that it arrives exactly as it left us, perfect.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days by contacting us at support@gftd.ca. Returned items are required to be in their original packaging and in sell-able condition. 

We will initiate an RGA (returned goods authorization) and send you a prepaid shipping label (Canada residents only). 

US orders, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.  

International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We process refunds on the original payment form. It may take up to 3 weeks to appear on your statement. 

Curated gifts, gift sets, personalized gifts, custom gift programs are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

All items marked final sale are not refundable or exchangeable.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY.
Order cancellations will be accepted up until the order has left our building. Cancellations will  be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
