At GFTD, we take pride in curating and wrapping each gift with care, ensuring every package arrives in perfect condition.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days by contacting us at support@gftd.ca. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
RETURN PROCESS
- For Canadian residents: We will initiate a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) and provide a prepaid shipping label.
- For US orders: The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- For international orders: Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method and may take up to 3 weeks to appear on your statement.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your gift arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by phone or text at 416.722.7486 or by email at info@gftd.ca. We’ll assist you promptly to resolve the issue.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be cancelled up to the time they leave our facility. Cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
