Maple Crunch Cookie Mix

These are our delicious, crunchy patties. The smell of maple will definitely make you want to bake more than one bag (be warned). Good thing they’re so easy to make!

Makes 12 soft-baked cookies.

You’ll need to add:

½ cup unsalted butter

1 egg

INGREDIENTS
Organic multigrain flakes (oats, barley, wheat, rye, khorosan), Sugar (muscovado sugar, maple chips), Whole wheat flour, Wheat bran, Salt, Baking soda, Baking powder, Vanilla beans.

My interest in health and nutrition led me to undertake a D.E.S.S. in functional nutrition at Laval University. When I’m not in my books or the workshop, I’m a nurse in the intensive care unit of a Montreal hospital. My favourite blend: the hazelnut & moka. Even after dozens of batches, I could eat them morning, noon and night.
